USHS releases 2008 entrance exam results

The University Science High School released today the result of the entrance examination on April 8, 2008. There were 310 first year examinees.
As a matter of policy, the school only gets the first 80 who qualified to fill in the two sections of first year, 90. The additional 10 slots are reserved for the children of CLSU faculty and staff. There are 11 in the waiting list.
SSC to sponsor annual Science Fair

The annual USHS Science Fair is set on February 18-22, 2008. Putting up of exhibits and displays is scheduled on the first day, after the opening program. Judging of theses and investigatory projects will be on the second day, February 19, 2008. Three best theses in the fourth year and three best investigatory projects in the lower years will be announced and awarded during the annual Achievement Day on February 22.

The University Science High School placed 4th in the Zonal Chemistry Quiz Bee at the Central Luzon State University Auditorium on November 29, 2007.
